New Tricks!!!

Aaron is getting to be such a big boy! Hes getting around the house and pulling up to things. He's almost on the verge of standing up. We within the past week he has started sitting up all by himself. So today i decided to sit him in the bathtub . He's so dang cute. I can't believe he's ours. Such a happy little guy. I know parents always have the embarrassing pictures of their babies in the tub, So enjoy! :-)

Adoption and the Temple!!!

We are so excited to finally have the adoption finalized this week. We go to court Thursday June 10th at 11 am! Then after that Chloe can be sealed to Scott and I. This is something i have wanted for a long time and now its happening! I can't believe it. We have asked Scott's grandpa to seal her to us. Since he sealed us in Houston. The sealing will take place here in Logan. It's such a beautiful temple. We are planning on the sealing to be either August 14th or the 21st, still not sure which. But both Scott's parents and my mom will be here for it. I love that Chloe is so excited to get to go to the temple with Scott and I. And i love that she wont have to make any hard decisions when it comes to "Who will baptize her?" and "Who gets to stay up worrying when she goes on her first date ?" And most of importantly who her future husband will have to go to when he wants to ask permission for her hand in Marriage. We will all be sealed as an eternal family and thats the most important thing. That we will be together in Heaven. I love Our Heavenly Father and ALL the blessings he has given us as a family and will continue to give our family as he sees fit.

ESCAPE BABY!!!!

Today while we were trying to figure out when we would be moving into our new apartment we left the sliding door open. Next thing we know Aaron is almost completely out of the door playing with the rocks Chloe painted with Ethan and Hazen. He just thought they were so pretty! I mean theres a purple glitter one, LOL. Not to mention it was way cute!!! I'm going to have to learn how to keep him reined in!

Summer Fun!!!

So we decided to take Chloe and Aaron to the Pool on Memorial Day, even though there wasn't much sun. It was Aaron's first time to get in the Pool( AKA The Big Bathtub). He absolutely loved it. So while Scott was gone today i took both kids down there by myself, AGH!!!! No it wasn't bad. Scott went and bought a float for Aaron to make it easier. Oh and did i mention! I lathered the kids with sunscreen and didn't put any on me. Now i have a nice little sunburn, my first of the season :-)

COOKIES!!!

Aaron had his first cookie. At first i didn't think he would do anything with it then the next thing i know it went right in his mouth and stayed there. He LOVED it as you can see :-)

6 Months Old

OK so Aaron is 6 months old Already! This is going way to fast for me. I want him to stay small and innocent. We went yesterday for his 6 month check up and shots. After sitting there for 40 mins the nurse came in and told us that the Dr had to go to the hospital for an emergency. So we rescheduled. Aaron got a reprieve from his shots. I took this picture while we were waiting for the Dr.

So this past Sunday we decided to take a walk after church cause the weather was so nice. Scott wanted to use our carrier instead of the stroller. I love these two more than anything. Plus i thought the picture was kinda funny :-)

So the other day i was trying to finish getting ready for the day and Aaron was so upset. I decided to put a movie on my Iphone and leaned it up next to the sheet and blanket so he could hear it. The next thing i know he had rolled over to watch. I thought it was the funniest and cutest thing. Here is a picture of him watching the movie.

Grandparents!

We have had a chance to have family pictures taken with both of our families lately. And i think some of the sweetest pictures are of the grandparents with all their grand kiddos. Here are Scott's parents with all 5 of their grandkids and My mom with all 9 of hers.

Easter!!!

I have to say i have 2 of the cutest kids ever!!! This was Aaron's first Easter and it was so much fun. We had Family over for an Egg hunt and dinner then we had a Cake for Chloe's B day.

Guns!!!

One day Scott Tyler Erin and I went Shooting up Hyde Park Canyon. This isn't the first time I've been shooting. It was alot of fun. Tyler got a new gun that was used during WW2. It was so cool!

A quick Catch Up!!!

So it has been forever since i updated my blog. Its kinda hard to find time with 2 kids and a husband who is in school. So heres a quick review of where we are right now. Lets start with Scott, Still in school at Utah State and so ready for the semester to be over so he can spend more time with us. After this semester he will pretty much considered a Senior. WOOHOO!!!! He has however changed his field of studies. Instead of being an Orthodontist hes going into Radiology. Which is OK with me. I just want him to be happy doing it. Now to Chloe, My big girl turned 6 today! I cant believe how fast time goes by. It was just yesterday they she was crawling around getting into everything now shes in school, losing her first tooth and before i know it she will be taller than me. But we are enjoying every minute of it. The beginning of June she will start T-ball. I'm hoping to rein in some of her energy into something other than driving me crazy everyday. Now on to Aaron, Hes getting so big too fast. He rolling over both ways now and can spin himself around on the Floor. Hes eating baby food from a jar and drinking 7 oz every 4 hours during the day. Needless to say life is going good for us right now. And as soon as we get all the paperwork done Scott will get to Adopt Chloe and she will then be sealed to us for time and all eternity. This is something i have been waiting 5 years for and its really happening. She so excited to have Scott as her dad and even more excited that she will finally have the same last name as the rest of us. We couldn't be more happy.

I know i'm way behind at updating this, but better late than never, Right? We made our first car trip with Aaron when he was 3 1/2 weeks old. Yes it was very interesting but it wasn't as bad as you would think. We took a trip to Reno to see Scott's family since we weren't going to make it for thanksgiving.
